Role DescriptionThis is a on-site role for a GIS Analyst located in Bhubaneswar. The GIS Analyst will be responsible for data collection, spatial analysis, and creating detailed maps and GIS applications. The role includes acquiring and processing geographic data from various sources, supporting urban planning, water, and wastewater management projects, and providing technical support and expertise to team members. Additionally, the GIS Analyst will ensure data accuracy and integrity in all GIS-related projects. QualificationsProficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.) and spatial analysis toolsExperience with data collection, data entry, and database managementAbility to create detailed maps and GIS applicationsTechnical support and troubleshooting skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesKnowledge of environmental and urban planning concepts is a plusBachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related fieldRelevant certifications in GIS or related areas are beneficial
