The Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing files, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings. The Assistant will also assist with communication duties, including answering phone calls and emails. Other tasks may include supporting team projects and managing office supplies. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and professionalism Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
