Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hearables and Smart Watches
GET- Test Engineer to join our dynamic testing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge hearables and smart watches. Your expertise in testing audio devices and wearable technology will be instrumental in delivering exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities:
Functional, performance, usability, and compatibility testing on hearables and
smart watches to identify defects and ensure product reliability.
The audio quality of hearables, including sound reproduction, noise
cancellation, and microphone performance.
The functionality and user experience of smart watches, ensuring seamless
integration with mobile devices and tracking health and fitness-related
features.
And implement automated test scripts for both hearables and smart watches to increase efficiency and test coverage.
and track defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear and detailed
reports to the development team.
Detailed test cases, test reports, and test summaries to communicate testing
progress and results effectively.
Compatibility with various devices and platforms, such as smartphones, tablets, and operating systems.
Performance bottlenecks in hearables and smart watches and collaborate with the engineering team to propose optimization solutions.
The overall user experience of the hearables and smart watches and provide feedback on usability improvements.
In security testing activities to identify and address vulnerabilities in the devices.
Abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative testing methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.
Closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless testing process.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with a focus on audio devices and wearable technology.
- Experience with testing wearable devices, including smart watches and their health/fitness features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to convey testing strategies, findings, and
recommendations clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for audio technology, wearable devices, and an interest in the latest trends in consumer electronics.

The position will be located at crossbeats headquarters in Bengaluru
