GET-Test Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hearables and Smart Watches GET- Test Engineer to join our dynamic testing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge hearables and smart watches. Your expertise in testing audio devices and wearable technology will be instrumental in delivering exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities:

Ø Conduct functional, performance, usability, and compatibility testing on hearables and smart watches to identify defects and ensure product reliability.

Ø Evaluate the audio quality of hearables, including sound reproduction, noise cancellation, and microphone performance.

Ø Assess the functionality and user experience of smart watches, ensuring seamless integration with mobile devices and tracking health and fitness-related features.

Ø Develop and implement automated test scripts for both hearables and smart watches to increase efficiency and test coverage.

Ø Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear and detailed reports to the development team.

Ø Create detailed test cases, test reports, and test summaries to communicate testing progress and results effectively.

Ø Verify compatibility with various devices and platforms, such as smartphones, tablets, and operating systems.

Ø Identify performance bottlenecks in hearables and smart watches and collaborate with the engineering team to propose optimization solutions.

Ø Evaluate the overall user experience of the hearables and smart watches and provide feedback on usability improvements.

Ø Participate in security testing activities to identify and address vulnerabilities in the devices.

Ø Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative testing methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.

Ø Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless testing process.

Requirements:

Ø Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Ø Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with a focus on audio devices and wearable technology.

Ø Experience with testing wearable devices, including smart watches and their health/fitness features.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate issues effectively.

Ø Excellent communication skills to convey testing strategies, findings, and recommendations clearly.

Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ø Passion for audio technology, wearable devices, and an interest in the latest trends in consumer electronics.

Location: The position will be located at crossbeats headquarters in Bengaluru

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
