Functional Area: Customer Interaction Centre Summary of job contents To support and assist customers as required ensuring their needs of Festo products and services are met. While also interacting with internal functions e.g., Finance, Logistics or Production and coordinate in meeting the customer needs.' Key accountabilities Generate quotations based on customer enquiry via SAP system Register orders via SAP system Recommend compatible Festo products for technical queries Providing technical solutions to customers in counter sales Respond to customer queries related to quotations, order, delivery schedules/despatch status etc Respond to customer calls related to quotations, delivery schedules/despatch status etc via CRM system Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided Qualification Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering Bachelors degree in Science is also acceptable Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to speak Hindi and/or Kannada is an additional advantage Intermediate to advanced computer skills Proficiency with MS Office products Graduates from the year 2023 or 2024 Note: Computer Science background is not relevant to this role!
