Job Summary:

The German Language Analyst will be responsible for supporting business operations by handling German-language data, communication, and documentation. The role involves analyzing, and interpreting business information while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The analyst will serve as a bridge between German-speaking stakeholders and internal teams in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, interpret, and translate German-language documents, emails, and reports into English (and vice versa) with high accuracy.
  • Communicate with German-speaking clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders to resolve queries or gather information.
  • Perform data validation, analysis, and entry tasks in ERP/CRM tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Support business operations such as order processing, vendor management, or financial documentation as required.
  • Ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all communications and documentation.
  • Provide linguistic and cultural insights to ensure smooth communication with German counterparts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Arts, Commerce, or Business).
  • Language Proficiency:

  • German Language Certification —

    B1 or higher

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ERP tools (SAP preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role involving German language support (e.g., Shared Services, BPO, Procurement, or Customer Service).
  • Experience working with European clients or in multinational environments.
