The Catering Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Events in the implementation of all Policies & Procedures specific to Catering Sales and Convention Service. Calificaciones Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Catering Manager or Convention Services Manager. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
