Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities related to Geography (field trips, projects, etc.). Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of Geography and teaching methodologies. Work collaboratively with other teachers to enhance the academic environment of the school. Ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing ideas and asking questions. Required Qualifications and Skills: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree from a recognized institution (Mandatory). A degree in Geography or a related field. Previous experience in teaching Geography at the higher school level (ICSE curriculum) is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
