Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Developer with 2–3 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks, data preprocessing, model optimization, and cloud deployment. You will work on projects involving predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets for training and evaluation
• Implement deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
• Integrate ML models into production systems via APIs or cloud services
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and software developers
• Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and hyperparameter tuning
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and tools
• Document workflows and participate in code reviews

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation)
• Experience with NLP (transformers, embeddings, text classification) or Computer Vision (image recognition, object detection)
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML deployment
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating ML models into applications
• Proficiency with Git/version control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
