About the Role

Generative AI Developer

Responsibilities

Design, train, and fine-tune generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, VAEs, etc.) for various tasks.
Integrate models into production environments using APIs and microservices.
Build and maintain data pipelines for training and evaluation datasets.
Research and apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model optimization techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven features and applications.
Monitor model performance, ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, and mitigate bias or hallucinations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development.
Proficiency in
Python
and frameworks such as
PyTorch
,
TensorFlow
, or
JAX
.
Experience with
LLM APIs
(e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and
fine-tuning
techniques.
Familiarity with
vector databases
(e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and
RAG pipelines
.
Strong understanding of
NLP
,
transformers
, and
deep learning architectures
.
Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
multimodal AI
(text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.).
Knowledge of
MLOps
and
CI/CD pipelines
for AI systems.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
