Role Overview:

Generative AI Developer

NLP, LLMs, voice synthesis

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune

  LLM-based agents

  using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Build

  voice-first agents

  using speech synthesis (TTS) and voice recognition (ASR) APIs to simulate human-like conversations.
• Design and test

  prompt stacks

  , custom memory tools, and persona systems to guide model behavior.
• Integrate models with automation tools, CRMs, messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta APIs), and business workflows.
• Continuously optimize latency, accuracy, token efficiency, and memory capabilities of deployed agents.
• Work with product and design teams to shape user-centric AI behavior.
• Explore and prototype new use cases for generative AI in sales, HR, customer support, and backend ops.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with

  LLM APIs

  (OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, etc.) and/or open-source frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
• Strong Python development skills and comfort with

  vector databases

  (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Experience with

  TTS

  (e.g., ElevenLabs, Google TTS) and

  ASR

  (e.g., Whisper, Deepgram).
• Expertise in

  prompt engineering

  and conversational agent design.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and no-code tools like Make or Zapier (optional but useful).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with real-time audio processing and custom voice training (fine-tuning voices).
• Exposure to tools like

  Hume, Play.ht, Voicery
