Generalist / Founding Team

Poso is looking for a resourceful and high-ownership generalist to join the founding team and help build the operating system for modern real estate. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can flex across product, operations, customer success, research, and early GTM. You’ll work directly with the founders to execute critical initiatives and shape the company from day zero.

What you’ll do

• Drive execution across product, research, operations, and customer workflows.
• Work closely with founder to define and validate product requirements.
• Support early customer onboarding, feedback loops, and user research.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks: content, docs, processes, QA, and delivery.
• Build scalable internal systems and workflows for the company.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs to inform roadmap.
• Handle high-leverage tasks that accelerate product development and adoption.

Pay: ₹8,394.25 - ₹40,819.19 per month
