Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager located in Chennai, with some work from home flexibility. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and lead various departments, and ensure that the business objectives are met efficiently. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, setting performance goals, budgeting, and resource management. The General Manager will also be involved in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing strategic leadership to drive organizational growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; MBA preferred
