General Manager- Warehouse Operations

You will be responsible for designing and implementing logistics solutions (warehouse, transportation, etc.) aligned with company goals. Utilize Oracle and other systems for scalable, reliable logistics operations. Ensure incorporation of automation and compliance with regulations (cGMP/FDA). Make recommendations on new solutions based on emerging technologies and best practices. Plan and schedule inbound/outbound operations to meet customer demands. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. Lead cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance. Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and other regulatory standards. Handle process change controls, deviations, and CAPAs for compliance. Mentor and lead logistics teams, acting as a backup to VP of Logistics. Manage global projects and act as a subject matter expert (SME). Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies. Oversee logistics operations to ensure they meet business needs. Manage compliance and automation in logistics processes. Proven experience in global, cross-functional project management. Ability to solve complex logistics challenges with analytical thinking. Preferred certifications in Oracle ERP, Logistics Management, or Project Management. Ability to work in a regulated environment and maintain compliance. Travel may be required for global projects.,
