General Manager

We are hiring a General Manager – Projects (Civil Engineering) to oversee all our infrastructure projects.

The candidate must have strong experience in planning, execution, team leadership, coordination with government departments, and end-to-end project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of all projects (STP/TTP, pipelines, roads, civil works)

• Manage site engineers, contractors & daily operations

• Ensure quality standards, timelines & safety

• Coordinate with government officers, consultants & clients

• Review drawings, estimates, planning & billing

• Handle progress review meetings and project reporting

Experience: 10–20 years in government/EPC/infra projects.

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Manage operations and finances of business
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Qualifications

• Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
