This role involves overseeing production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and administration to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant business operations.
The GM is expected to drive productivity, cost efficiency, manpower effectiveness, and customer satisfaction in line with the company’s goals and strategic objectives.
