Your `Role

General Manager – Design & Copywriting

About You

• 6-8 years of experience in copywriting and graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns across copy and design.
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and working knowledge of Canva/Figma.
• Excellent command of brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Quick to grasp requirements, adaptable, and highly accountable.
• Up to date with industry trends in copy, design, and branding.
• Graduate /Postgraduate from a reputed Design School / B-School (Marketing, Communications, or Design).
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

• Experience in Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Luxury Brand Campaigns.
