Role Objective:

The General Manager will take care of all day-to-day activities of the company. The role will ensure smooth running of outlets, better teamwork, and improved business results. The main goal is to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth, with a strong focus on increasing the number of customers for mobile repairing services. Also taken care HR, Operations, Facility & Stock team Managers to process deployment in organization. Main target is sales improvement with process deployment inside organization.

1) Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement business strategies, set goals, and establish policies to achieve objectives.

2)

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.

3) Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and motivate employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Team Handling – HR Team, Admin Team, Stock Team, Sales Team, Market Team

4)

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

5)

Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

6)

Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

7) Business Development:

Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, contributing to strategic planning.

Report on operational performance and key metrics to senior management or the board.

    Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong decision-making skills.

    Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
