Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on sourcing, pricing, and promotions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the supply chain. Logistics Manage logistics operations in a way to establish long term contracts with transporters and reduce logistics Related quality complaints Identify and optimize cost effective methods of delivery of materials and finished goods. Manage and improve customer relationships in relation to order fulfilment. To introduce aggregate planning processes for low volume and less regular products. To improve OEE of equipment. Operational Excellence Introduce operational excellence in end-to-end business processes, planning, procurement, inventory management, warehouse, production, and engineering. Develop and implement cost-effective measures.
