Position - General Manager - Sales (Structural Products) Location - Raipur Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in all regions . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for structural products (angles, channels, beams). 2. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition in the region. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share. 3. Client Engagement: Organize client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase product benefits and applications. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, order processing, and resolving customer issues. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market data in CRM systems. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
