Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager – Sales to lead our real estate sales team. The GM will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role demands a strong leader with deep industry knowledge, exceptional team management skills, and the ability to drive high performance in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target clients. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Set clear performance metrics and review team performance regularly. Client & Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners. Handle high-value negotiations and close major deals. Revenue & Business Growth : Ensure revenue growth through direct sales and channel partners. Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to drive efficiency and productivity. Reporting & Analysis : Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all transactions comply with local laws and organizational policies. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of documentation related to sales. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of 10+ years in real estate sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of real estate trends, pricing, and customer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
