Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for CCTV and burglar alarm products. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry influencers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and distribution channels, to expand market reach. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning. Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
