Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Management

• Oversee complete AP operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Monitor invoice processing, payments, collections, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP executives/specialists.
• Drive productivity, performance, and skill enhancement within the team.
• Conduct regular team reviews, provide feedback, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Transitions & Process Transformations

• Manage and support process transitions, ensuring smooth migration of activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a primary point of contact for Indian clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships by ensuring transparency, timely communication, and high-quality delivery.
• Handle escalations effectively and ensure alignment with business expectations.

Performance Metrics & Process Excellence

• Monitor and manage SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery performance.
• Analyze process gaps and develop plans to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance updates for leadership and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in AP operations, with at least 8 years in a managerial/team-handling role.
• Proven experience in transitions, migrations, and process transformations.
• Strong exposure to working with Indian clients..
• Excellent knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
