Company DescriptionCINEFIL PRODUCERS PERFORMANCE LTD, (CINEFIL) is a Copyright Society registered by the Central Government under Section 33(3) of the Copyright Act 1957 for Cinematograph Film Work. CINEFIL has exclusive authorization from its Author and Other Owner members with thousands of Feature Films as works. The company is focused on collecting royalties and issuing Cinematographic Performance licenses while growing its membership and film collection daily. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Operations at CINEFIL Producers Performance Limited in Mumbai. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring coordination with various partners and members of the society. Will look after the Licensing department, the Accounts department and general management of the company. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the higher management, CEO, Governing Council members and the Board. QualificationsGeneral Management and Operations Management skillsPrior experience in Copyright Society or understanding of the Copyright Law of India, will be preferredExperience in the entertainment industry is a plus
