Long Description Lead and support product Robustness program across all Formulation sites. Lead Continuous Manufacturing technology project to bring technology to India and ensure successful commercial production. Monitor and support Six Sigma and Lean projects in the Formulation plants to get agreed business results. Monitor Work with corporate improvement leaders to deliver a unified experience to the internal customers. Work with cross functional teams of R D , QA, Labs, Tech Transfer, Regulatory to deliver on KRAs Capturing and transferring best practices Cloning of projects to and from other plants Act as a SME for all unit operations manufacturing equipment . Augment capabilities by identifying new technologies for application in projects within process development leading to better control strategies. Support Exhibit to Commercial product robustness program. Provide technical guidance, support and oversight to trouble shooting issues to RD, Tech Transfer and site teams with respect to process development. Overall experience of 5 to 8 years in deployment/Leadership role in Six Sigma tools deployment and usage. Should have worked for 8-12 years in Process Development/ PDL/ Technology Transfer/ MSTG/ Process Engineering in Formulation.
