Mozart Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven General Manager – Sales to lead and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, train, and monitor the sales team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Motivate team members for better performance and results.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate the team effectively.
Target-oriented and passionate about sales growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
