Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Oversee end-to-end project execution from design to completion. Develop construction strategies, work schedules, and execution plans. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 2. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, engineers, and site managers. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies. Ensure smooth workflow and resolve site issues efficiently. 3. Budgeting & Cost Control Develop project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Ensure cost optimization without compromising on quality and safety. Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with project financial goals. 4. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Implement and maintain quality control processes on-site. Conduct periodic project audits and risk assessments. 5. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and company leadership. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management. Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Risk Management & Problem-Solving Identify potential risks in construction projects and mitigate them proactively. Resolve conflicts, delays, and technical issues in real-time.
