Below is the small synopsis of the role: Key Responsibility: Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements Define reporting and alerting requirements Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration Help design, document and maintain system processes Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team Communicate key insights and findings to product team Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Ability to liaise with the business and gather/understand requirements. Analyse the needs of large systems and break them down into smaller manageable parts and suggest the best framework and systems to be used Helping team to resolve technical issues Drive and implement process improvement items as the opportunity is presented Should be hands on experience in leading agile teams by working closely with global stakeholder in prioritizing features/epics. Manage all people aspects, from talent acquisition, motivation, mentoring and retention. Own the development, delivery and 24/7 support of the applications Liaise with the project management team to promote good work practices & continuous improvement Skills & Knowledge: React, Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, Database: SQL, MYSQL, Mango DB, Oracle PMP/CMP
