General Manager Highway Design

As a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Highways/Transportation Engineering, you are required to have a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering along with a Post Graduation from a recognized Institution/University. You should possess knowledge of various codes such as IRC, ISS, BS Codes, and proficiency in using software like CIVIL 3D/MX-Road, Auto CAD, MS Office, or similar tools. Your total experience should be between 8-12 years after acquiring the prescribed qualifications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Guiding the team of Highway Engineers and Draughtsmen - Coordinating surveys & Investigations including topographic surveys, axle load surveys, pavement investigation, road inventory, BBD surveys, and trial pit/geo-technical investigations - Preparation of Plan-Profile in Civil -3D - Execution of Pavement Design for both Rigid & Flexible pavements - Performing Hydraulic calculations and designing drainage systems - Compiling Reports on Feasibility and DPR of Highway Projects - Detailed Engineering of Highway/Urban Road Projects - Designing Urban Roads with Utility integration - Assisting the Business Development team in acquiring projects and preparing tender submissions - Attending meetings, making presentations, and coordinating with clients - Previous experience in working on international projects would be an added advantage This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects in the field of Highway and Urban Road Engineering, where you will be leading a team and contributing to the successful completion of various infrastructure projects.,
