Responsibilities: Security & Risk Management Leverage military expertise to design and implement advanced security protocols for all offices, project sites, and townships. Develop crisis response plans for security threats, protests, labour unrest, local unrest and emergencies. Conduct regular security drills and audits to ensure high alertness levels. Establish a quick-response team (QRT) for handling security breaches. Facility & Infrastructure Management Ensure smooth operation & upkeep of company-owned offices, project sites, and residential properties. Oversee housekeeping, transport, utilities, and maintenance teams for seamless functioning. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns. Liaisoning with Government, Law Enforcement & Regulatory Bodies Maintain strong relationships with police and other regulatory agencies. Ensure smooth execution of government approvals, permits, and licenses for real estate projects. Handle labor disputes, political interventions, and local challenges with a strategic approach. Local Community & Stakeholder Management Utilize ex-army leadership to build trust and rapport with local communities, gram panchayats, and political representatives. Mediate and resolve land acquisition disputes, labor union conflicts, and local opposition. Develop CSR programs and community engagement initiatives to maintain goodwill. Manpower & Vendor Management Recruit and manage highly trained security personnel, preferably ex-servicemen. Ensure discipline, training, and motivation of admin staff & security teams. Oversee third-party service providers (security agencies, facility management vendors). Implement strict vendor audits & SLA adherence policies. Crisis & Emergency Response Preparedness Develop comprehensive emergency preparedness plans for fire, natural disasters, strikes, or security threats. Conduct regular mock drills & safety training for employees, security teams, and contractors. Ensure all fire-fighting & emergency equipment are operational at all times. Cost Control & Budget Optimization Optimize administration, security, and facility budgets through cost-effective planning. Negotiate vendor contracts to get the best services at optimal pricing. Identify and eliminate wasteful administrative expenses without compromising efficiency. Qualification :Ex-Army background
