General manager - Corporate Real Estate Leasing & Transaction

As a Corporate Real Estate Manager, your role will involve ensuring growth and overseeing the achievement of team targets, profitability, and the continued viability of the service line. You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline of solid leads through various business development programs. Your key responsibilities will include reaching out and following up with the fastest-growing corporate companies to secure business deals. Your duties will also involve leading the team in regular and effective business development activities to identify prospective clients in need of office space. You will be accountable for seeking appointments to identify suitable properties for clients looking to buy or lease space. Your ability to assess client requirements promptly will be crucial in maximizing closure opportunities. In addition, you will be expected to present offers of terms and conditions on properties, conduct inspections for clients, and negotiate transactions on behalf of clients to conclude sale/purchase or lease agreements. Your focus will also be on ensuring optimum client service delivery through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-ups, and the timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele.
