Job Description

Bizlumina Services Pvt. Ltd. is a hiring for a reputed German organization for their India operations.

Position title: GM - Finance & Accounts

Work location: Gurugram

Reporting: Position holder will report to the MD of the organization.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Be sure the company's financial report complies with the statutory & non-statutory regulations, tax requirement.

2. Set-up budget process and prepare annual budget, ensure budget control.

3. In-depth analytics of costing, identify potential saving, investigate gaps and bring issues to the attention of management.

4. Ensure that Assets and working capital are well under control.

5. Improve the internal control procedure and manage financial improvement projects.

6. Manage successfully annual audit and annual consolidation.

7. Plan for financial resources on short-term & long-term basis considering the overall business plan at organization level.

8. Manage all activities related to treasury & banking; to negotiate with financial institutions & arranging for term loans.

9. Provide financial and accounts administration related advice, guidance and support to Business Unit / Area / Country Heads.

10. Manage accounting activities related to general accounting, payroll, financial analysis, banking, credit collection, taxes, treasury including leasing, insurance & cash / fund flows.

11. Prepare and submit information reports like periodic fund flow report, expenses statements, billing details, recovery statements etc. to MD to support decision making.

12. Co-ordinate with subsidiaries, branches and offices at different locations including overseas on matters related to finance & accounting and effective office management.

13. Draw financial statements like balance sheet, profit & loss accounts, at the end of half-year / financial year; and declare these accounts after statutory audit clearance.

14. Prepare financial budget as per the direction of MD & manage future growth of the organization as per the vision.

15. Prepare detailed project reports involving capital investment to set up new projects and check the viability.

IT management / IT Exposure

1. Work in coordination with Group IT teams to ensure a good working of IT Systems / infrastructure.

2. Responsible for Independent ERP (Infor M3 cloud) Coordination between Germany, China and India.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Ideally a qualified Chartered Accountant having bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

2. Qualification of CPA/ACCA/CIMA is preferred.

3. Minimum 9 to 10 years of relevant Finance and Accounts work experience including minimum 5 years in a Managerial /leadership role preferably in multinational companies.

4. Clear thinking / problem solving and strong analytic skills.

5. Fluent in both oral and written English as well as local language/s.

6. Good working knowledge of IT Systems.

7. ERP experience is mandatory for this role.

8. Strong skills of coordination, Teamwork and communication.
