Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of our prestigious 5-star heritage hotel. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality, heritage property management, and guest experience excellence. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, financial performance, brand reputation, and service standards while preserving the cultural and historic essence of the property.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Guest Experience

Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring world-class guest satisfaction.

Maintain and elevate luxury service standards aligned with a 5-star heritage property.

Ensure preservation and upkeep of heritage features while integrating modern luxury amenities.

2. Financial & Business Management

Develop and implement annual budgets, forecasts, and business strategies.

Monitor financial performance and optimize revenue through effective yield and cost management.

Drive profitability while maintaining quality and heritage standards.

3. Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of department heads and staff.

Foster a culture of hospitality, service excellence, and accountability.

Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and succession planning.

4. Sales, Marketing & Brand Development

Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to attract premium domestic and international clientele.

Promote the hotel as a preferred luxury heritage destination for leisure, business, and events.

Build strong relationships with travel partners, influencers, and tourism boards.

Proven expertise in managing heritage or boutique luxury hotels preferred.

Strong financial acumen and business development skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
