Job Title: General Corporate Lawyer (Transaction & Advisory) | Mumbai | 3-8 Years Location: Mumbai Experience: 3-8 Years Job Description: We are seeking a General Corporate Lawyer with expertise in transactional and advisory work , excluding litigation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, and regulatory advisory. Key Responsibilities: Handling M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions. Conducting legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents such as Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), and Investment Agreements. Advising on joint ventures, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance . Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service agreements, and NDAs. Providing corporate advisory on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws. Ensuring compliance with corporate governance and securities laws . Preferred Candidate Profile: LLB/LLM from a recognized university. 3-8 years of experience in a reputed law firm. Strong knowledge of corporate transactions, regulatory frameworks, and contract negotiations . Ability to work independently and handle multiple deals simultaneously.
