Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Oversee construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) for reinforced concrete structures according to architectural drawings. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure accurate contractor billing by verifying quantities delivered against contract requirements.
