Supervising execution of Company policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of administration so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to employees Office space management and Acquisition of New office space Devising & deploying strategies, SOPs, functional policies and control mechanisms and CAPEX / OPEX budget for efficient operations Capable of taking strategic decisions to upkeep the Engineering operations and for expense control, space optimization Ensuring optimum utilization of space and maintenance of facility interiors Maintenance of Building Services (like Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Plumbing, Security Management, CCTV, Access Control & Fire Detection System, Firefighting, so on) Extensive knowledge in handling security guarding environment of the company with all compliance knowledge Facilitating electro-mechanical maintenance of equipment and maximized equipment uptime through planned preventive maintenance (PPM) & predictive maintenance activities Steering implementation of best practices; performed risk assessment of critical engineering assets and addressed high risk action points Administering outsourced services such as Technical, Housekeeping, Pantry, Transportation and Cafeteria Working in coordination with local authorities and emergency response agencies Knowledge on Commercial & Procurement area, STPI & Customs Procedures Ensuring compliance with organizational policies in line with the latest relevant laws (STPI, SEZ, Shop Act, Contract Labour, & so on) and applicable regulations & amendments involving Environmental, Health & Safety
