Gen AI Software Engineer

Job Description

Implementation Testing: Lead the implementation and testing of GenAI solutions for our customers. Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales teams, customers, and product teams to understand requirements and timelines, ensuring efficient implementation and suggesting product improvements. Support Management: Ensure adherence to committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide support as needed. Mentoring: Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the team Technical Skills Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Must-Have: Technical Skills: Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Familiarity with web technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar frameworks. Understanding of HTTP, REST, microservices, concurrency, and multithreading. Experience working with Linux OS, TCP/IP networks, databases, queues, and caching. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership and commitment towards work. Good-to-Have: Experience with Generative AI technologies (LLM prompt engineering). Familiarity with cloud deployments
