GenAI Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 24x7 operational readiness for GenAI security platforms, with defined SLAs and consequence management workflows.
• Partner with Security Operations Center to triage, contain, and remediate incidents.
• Ensure observability, logging, and monitoring provide full operational transparency.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically adept, and comfortable working in a high-availability environment supporting critical AI operations
• Monitor GenAI platform dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics around the clock.
• Detect and assess incidents, classify severity, and initiate response protocols.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely incident logs.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling sensitive or customer-facing AI outputs.
• Proven experience in a support or operations role, preferably within the AI or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of Gen AI products and security operations.
• Strong Security foundational knowledge (ideally in the following categories: SaaS, Network Security, Data Security, Risk)

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred

• Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Azure AI, Vertex AI).
• Cyber Security Certifications such as CISSP,CISM,SANS.
• GENAI, AI ML certifications.
