Job Description

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW - 13th Dec 2025

Bangalore/Pune

Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral).
Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases.
Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to integrate GenAI into applications.
Stay updated with the latest GenAI research and tools, and evaluate their applicability.
Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in model development and deployment.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1–2 years in GenAI or NLP.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
Understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy considerations.
