Senior Analyst – Generative AI – Google Agentspace

The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems. The team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies. It has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. It comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and BA teams.Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience and expertise with GCP and Gemini Enterprise.
- 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with Python and GenAI models is desirable.
- Strong understanding of business principles and practices is beneficial.
- Ability to identify and assess the business potential of GenAI technologies.
- Capable of developing and implementing business strategies for GenAI projects.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of GenAI, with the ability to support the implementation of ethical guidelines.
- Commitment to ensuring GenAI is used responsibly and ethically.
- Responsible for assisting the team in designing, building, and maintaining GenAI models and systems.
- Basic understanding of GenAI model functionality and prompt engineering to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with users to provide input on developing and implementing ethical guidelines for GenAI usage.
- Strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards, and adhere to those standards.
- Ability to think innovatively and creatively.
- Provide input for continual improvement.
- Regularly discuss workload, issues, and concerns.
- Encourage team members to broaden their thinking regarding environment and applications.

Work location: HyderabadShift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PMTechnical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform and Gemini Enterprise capabilities.
- Support the team in deploying and managing GCP and Gemini Enterprise solutions in production environments, with a basic understanding of GenAI systems architecture for performance and scalability.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud for training and deploying GenAI solutions.
- Awareness of concepts such as pre-trained models and fine-tuned models.
- Basic understanding of LLMs and technologies used for GenAI tasks such as text, image generation, and code generation (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, Llama).
- Ability to showcase technical solutions and present them to stakeholders.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and support multiple priorities.
- Interest in new technology stacks and complex problem-solving.
- Awareness of the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, development, and unit testing.
- Ability to provide consistent updates to project stakeholders on risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Experience working with vector databases and index-based search implementations.
- Experience implementing or utilizing AI solutions, including Google Cloud AI services.
