Gen AI - Architect

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Development: Lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of Generative AI models (e. g. , GPT, DALL-E) for business applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases that align with business goals. Ensure seamless integration of generative AI into existing and new systems. DevOps & Automation: Proficiently use Azure DevOps services for version control, build automation, release management, and application monitoring. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for the development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven applications. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (Iac) tools, such as ARM templates or Terraform, to automate infrastructure provisioning and ensure repeatable deployments. Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy containerized AI applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes . Optimize containerized workflows to improve application scalability and reduce deployment time. Technical Leadership: Drive the development of scalable and efficient generative AI solutions, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards. Mentor team members on best practices in Python programming, DevOps, and AI integration. Provide guidance on infrastructure design for AI workloads on Azure. Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Ensure monitoring and alerting mechanisms are in place to detect and resolve issues quickly. Collaboration & Governance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions. Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy and responsible AI practices. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks. Azure DevOps: Expertise in version control systems (e. g. , Git) and Azure DevOps tools for automation and monitoring. CI/CD Pipelines: Proven ability to design and implement continuous integration and deployment workflows. Infrastructure as Code: Experience with ARM templates or Terraform for provisioning cloud infrastructure. Containerization: Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and orchestration. Experience: 12+ years of experience in software development, with 6+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI projects. Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing AI applications in production environments. Proven track record of implementing DevOps best practices and automation strategies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and mentor teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
