Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI and a good understanding of Sales Planning and Execution. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and ensure the successful execution of our technology roadmap. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of advanced AI architectures to support our product roadmap Oversee the implementation of Generative AI solutions to enhance our product offerings Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals Ensure the scalability security and performance of AI systems Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices Conduct regular reviews of system architecture and make recommendations for improvements Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions Manage the technical aspects of AI projects from conception to deployment Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company through technology leadership Qualifications Extensive experience in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions Strong understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms Proven track record in leading large-scale technology projects Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good knowledge of Sales Planning and Execution processes Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices Ability to mentor and guide technical teams Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
