Job Title: Generative AI Architect Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 10+ years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to lead cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives, driving innovation and shaping AI strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, deep learning, and enterprise-level AI deployments, particularly in LLMs and foundation models . Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end data science projects focused on Generative AI applications. Develop and implement novel ML/AI solutions for complex business challenges. Design and conduct experiments to evaluate and optimize model performance. Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge integration. Create reusable prompt engineering patterns and templates. Analyze and optimize model performance, scalability, and costs. Collaborate with engineering teams for production deployment of AI models. Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance. Ensure data quality and maintain comprehensive documentation. Research and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and best practices. Identify AI adoption opportunities within business teams. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure model effectiveness. Contribute to data science best practices and industry standards. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI . Ph.D. in a relevant field preferred (or equivalent experience). Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and deep learning . Expert-level proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, etc.). Hands-on experience with LLMs and foundation models (GPT, BERT, etc.). In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques and transformer architectures . Proven track record of deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments. Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration. Proficiency in vector embeddings, similarity search, and recommender systems . Strong SQL skills and experience with big data technologies . Familiarity with experiment tracking and model versioning tools . Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines . Understanding of model evaluation metrics and A/B testing . Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate insights effectively. Preferred: Experience with model fine-tuning and optimization . Technical Stack: Programming: Python (OOPs, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, FastAPI) LLM & GenAI: LangChain with complex RAG orchestrations , LangGraph with custom agent orchestration Databases: VectorDB (Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma), SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda), Docker, API Development Why Join Us?
