Our Core Values: Teamwork Honesty Commitment Passion Positive Attitude The Gemstone Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement. This role requires extensive travel, both internationally for major gemstone shows and domestically for local sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and market outreach. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and onboard new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and private collectors. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Provide expert guidance to clients on gemstone quality, pricing, and trends. Travel & Market Representation Attend and actively participate in key international gemstone shows to drive sales and network with industry professionals. Travel within India to meet potential buyers, wholesalers, and jewelers for local sales opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Stay updated on gemstone market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Provide insights on demand patterns and recommend products accordingly. Inventory & Product Management Coordinate with the sourcing and inventory teams to ensure the availability of high-demand gemstones. Provide feedback on customer preferences to guide future purchases. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to management Desired Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in gemstone sales or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Knowledge of gemstones, pricing, and grading is preferred.
