The role requires expertise in gemstone sourcing, cutting, polishing, and final inspection while maintaining production schedules and adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end gemstone production process, including cutting, polishing, and quality control. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines. Manage and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for gemstone procurement. Develop and implement efficient production workflows to optimize cost and time. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate production records. Train and supervise production staff to enhance productivity and skill development.
