About the Role

We are looking for a proactive individual who can assist with business development, documentation, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) activities.

This role is a great fit for someone in the early stages of their career who wants to learn how business, sales, and operations come together in a growing organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development, proposals, and client coordination
  • Handle documentation, quotations, and basic tendering support
  • Work on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) — product uploads, bids, etc.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, marketing materials, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations


Ideal Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, documentation, or operations
  • Basic understanding of GeM or tendering
  • Strong communication and organizsational skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multitasking environment
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
