About this Position As a member of the Graduate Development Program (GDP) within the Business Planning function, you will play an integral role in supporting and enhancing our regional planning processes across the EIMEA region. This position offers hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and tool development to improve forecasting and decision-making. You’ll work closely with experienced planners and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful insights and contribute to the success of the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process. Through a combination of project ownership, mentorship, and real-world challenges, you will gain valuable skills in planning, analytics, and business strategy. What you´ll do Work in a highly motivated team for regional [EIMEA] scope in Business Planning area. Develop and improve tools, dashboards, reports & analysis to enable the Business Planners to run efficient Demand Reviews and contribute to Sales & Operational Planning. Develop proposals for KPI improvement e.g. forecast accuracy based on own data analysis. Personal development through on the job learning and coaching from a dedicated mentor. Support of and leading of sub projects in direct contact with different levels within the organization. What makes you a good fit Minimum 0 to 1 year work experience. Students with ongoing studies in the field of Economics or Engineering with strong interest in Planning. Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills, experience with PowerPivot, PowerBI, Dashboards is a MUST. Fluent, advanced English skills, Strong analytical skills, sense for accuracy. Willingness to learn, curios, critical, innovative person with high independence [do own research]. Enthusiasm, dynamic personality, and creativity, with the will to succeed.
