As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and managing the overall sales activities of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Job Description: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Also, ensure the implementation of all market development modules as received from the HO team. Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives. Achieve personal and team targets consistently. Provide guidance, support & on the job training as per the training needs of the SO, SE and TSI, to enable them to achieve their KIs related to market development. Establish a minimum of 2 distributors billing 25 tons each and 4 dealers per month, with dealers achieving a minimum billing of 5 tons each or per dealer. Develop channel partners, through understanding of key customers needs and requirementsWork with existing Distributors in target geographies or suggest new distributors in target markets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Responsible for demand generation of all products through projects and for the area by conducting technical discussions and demonstrations and receiving desired approvals. Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and sales team input. Work with leadership to set realistic and achievable sales targets. Monitor and control expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met. Conduct Weekly analysis and Monthly review meetings with the Sales team on key points and Conduct regular visits and maintain an active presence in the assigned territory. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in Sales & Business Development or related field. Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
