JD for GDC Manager & Melting Manager Scope of Work: Reporting to GM Operation or Plant Head Reporting from GDC production Supervisor Reporting to Sr. Management as & when required. Job description: Responsible for total GDC section Production as per plan. Team management Including Supervisor & Line Leader Training and development of GDC section Supervisor & Line Leader Responsible for execution of production as per plan. Section, design manufacturing in house or out sourcing of tools, dies for improvement and development. Continuous improvement. Review, analysis and control production report from production and QA to submit to GM (Operation) for consolidation. Can do the co-ordination with other department regarding the machine or material. Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): Compliance with production plan minimum 90 Percentage Reduction in rejection. Utilization of M/C: 100 Percentage Interview participation and selection GDC candidate. Calculation and implementation of production efficiency. Key Result Areas (KRA's): Production planning and control of GDC section. Overall efficiency of M/c and rejection control less than7 Percentage. Team management. Planning of raw material. Can handle / Face the customers audit/ auditor. Focusing on the improvement on efficiency of operator & get improved the efficiency. Qualifications: DME / BE Mech. Experience: Minimum 8 To 10 Years. Work Experience: GDC, HPDC , LPDC , Casting. Job Type: Full-time.
