GCP BIG DATA ARCHITECT

Job Description You will be responsible for working with a variety of GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage. Additionally, you will be involved in data processing using tools like Apache Beam (batch/stream), Apache Kafka, and Cloud Dataprep. Your programming skills in Python, Java/Scala, and SQL will be essential for this role. Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer) and Terraform, as well as expertise in security measures like IAM, Cloud Identity, and Cloud Security Command Center, will also be required. Furthermore, your knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE) will play a crucial role. Familiarity with machine learning tools such as Google AI Platform, TensorFlow, and AutoML will be necessary. Possessing certifications like Google Cloud Data Engineer and Cloud Architect is preferred. You must have a proven ability to design scalable and robust AI/ML systems in production, emphasizing high-performance and cost-effective solutions. Your strong experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and cloud-native AI/ML services (e.g., Vertex AI, SageMaker) will be beneficial. Expertise in implementing MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and version control, is also expected. Your leadership skills should enable you to guide teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. A deep understanding of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for designing, training, and deploying models is required. Moreover, experience with data engineering principles, scalable pipelines, and distributed systems (e.g., Apache Kafka, Spark, Kubernetes) will be valuable for this role.
